1. Acceptance
By accessing the CORPORATE FRIENDS CLUB INTERNATIONAL member portal, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the portal.
2. Eligibility
Use of the portal is limited to confirmed members of CORPORATE FRIENDS CLUB INTERNATIONAL and to authorized administrators. Member accounts are non-transferable.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts other than your own.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the portal except via a coordinated disclosure to [email protected].
- Do not upload malicious files, scripts, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
- Do not use the portal to send unsolicited messages to other members.
5. Dues and payments
Membership dues, donations, and other amounts shown on the portal are final upon payment confirmation. Refunds are governed by the chapter rules and applicable law. Disputes should be raised within 30 days.
6. Content you submit
You retain ownership of documents and information you upload. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display them as needed to provide the service.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the portal offline for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security work without prior notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that remain inactive for extended periods. You may close your own account at any time by writing to [email protected].
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORPORATE FRIENDS CLUB INTERNATIONAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at
https://api.cfcintl.co.za/terms.php with the “last
updated” date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
